Jonathan Zapata
Housing Coordinator
Jonathan has gained experience in real estate as a landlord for his own multifamily property which he purchased as a shortfall in 2014. Notably, the purchase and rehab of this property was handled by much of the same team that are involved in the current flip (Realtor, Lawyer, Contractors). His tenants have been students, working professionals, small families and section eight beneficiaries and he has also successfully integrated Airbnb hosting to maximize the properties rental potential. Since purchasing his own property, Jonathan has developed a construction team that manages over 1 million dollars of yearly construction, along with managing over 20 of his units in the Boston and Lowell area.
Rachel Cunningham

Before completing a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship and Strategic Marketing from Clark University, Charlye spent a year in Germany as Fulbright Scholar, teaching English to K-5 students. Upon returning in 2007, she co-opened a Dance Studio in Davis Square and worked part-time as a real estate agent, which was her first professional exposure to the industry. Rachel has been a real estate agent for over 10 years. She has helped families obtain their dream homes and helped real estate investors grow their investment portfolios. Her along with Jonathan now manage over 20 units in the Boston and Lowell area of Massachusetts.
